The Sanders campaign took it up a notch this week, calling out CNN and NBC by name and making the case that The Washington Post is covering him negatively because he’s been critical of the newspaper’s billionaire owner, Jeff Bezos."

Maybe they just realized that you are just another Socialist buffoon who has been taken far too seriously for far too long.

Poor Fredo

Watching Chris Cuomo's profanity laced tirade on Twitter this morning I couldn't help being reminded of the boathouse scene in The Godfather. "I'M SMART! IT'S NOT LIKE EVERYONE SAYS..."
I don't watch CNN for the same reason I didn't rely on Isvestia or Pravda for news of the day. It's no more than a Party organ. If I did, however, I would never be able to watch Chris Cuomo again without being reminded of, "I know it was you Fredo. You broke my heart!"

 A fencer, whose name I have already forgotten and can’t be bothered to look up, decided to take a knee during the National Anthem after being awarded a Gold Medal in competition. This was in apparent “monkey see-monkey do" imitation of a certain other athlete whose name I do know but which is not worth the effort of typing it out.

The most dismaying part of this silliness is the assertion by this person that he “sacrificed” his time on the podium” as if he had to give up something that mattered. Sacrifice is also something that benefits something besides your own narcissism.

I'm Baaaack!

Been away for a while. Tried other blogging venues, even toyed with monetizing one of my sites but never really was able to give it the time and dedication it takes to get something like that off the ground. Blogs started out as a kind of digital diary that you shared with the world and I really wanted to get back to that. I will still post links and videos and such but I want to get away from a hodgepodge link site and get back to making this an outlet for what I like to do most-writing. If nothing else this may wind up being the greatest wonder drug to cure insomnia but hopefully, dear reader, you will find at least some of it interesting to enough to come back and perhaps bring a friend.
